  I had an absolute amazing stay here very clean and nice size room comfortable beds and the overnight staff Laura was so helpful and sweet she deserves the recognition amazing employee!!! Thank you for your support and kindness 🙏🏻

  Front Desk man was not in proper uniform. Makes a woman feel uncomfortable. Work on floor 2 was clean and efficient. Many people in hotels get pushed out early I have noticed in the Manchester area. I worked at a hot spot restaurant in the area. Appreciate the buisness but some individuals had to sit hours at restaurants to kill time. Which puts resturant staff in a bind. Please fix toilet in room 201.

  This place has made upgrades in some ways with new ownership, but it’s far outweighed by the downgrades. No pool anymore, which I get for the expense of it. But the breakfast has gone WAY downhill. No more waffle machine or hard boiled eggs. And a lot of the ‘options’ they have don’t really have a way to complete them. For instance, oatmeal packets and a microwave, but no water or milk to make it. It’s just clear that it isn’t well thought out about what a customer will actually do when trying to get breakfast. Have stayed at a lot of hotels in this area over the last few years and this is now the worst continental breakfast in the Manchester area (for hotels in this price range).

  Nice hoyel, nothing fancy but very nice. Staff friendly and helpful.
