The temperature in the indoor pool room was set to 72 and they refused to raise it any higher. Front desk associate was rude and basically walked away as we were talking to her.

We arrived on time at 4 PM, but after waiting for half an hour we still couldn’t check in because they had overbooked the rooms. On top of that, the Wi-Fi in the lobby was awful, with very poor signal, and they didn’t give any notice about the waiting time. Extremely frustrating 😡 I’m not here for waiting !
