We stayed in the hotel a second time, we like the location and overall atmosphere.
This stay we booked for the week (5 nights) and requested room service every day for the stay. There was no room service provided, even after we requested the room service in the evening for the next day and in the morning at the front desk in person. We had to ask for new towels every day and ended up with a towel mountains and trash that we had to remove ourselves.
The room was clean and good smelling but we noticed wear and tear since we stayed there last year: The knob to hang the toilet bag was detached from the wall, the mini fridge was loud and the handle of the hairdryer sticky.
When using the fitness room, there were no disinfecting wipes, sanitizer, or towels. And a treadmill was out of order.

Nice clean rooms in a new and modern hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is in a slightly less convenient location than other hotels nearby that are walking distance to shopping and food. Also, the on-site breakfast is relatively expensive, but not really a problem is there are several great local breakfast and coffee places nearby. Would be happy to stay here again on future visits.

If I could give a negative score I would we stay at a lot of Hiltons and never have had such a Bad experience from the time we got checked in with the rude desk person that acted like we were bothering him to the bartender that was rude to everyone and complaining about everything. Then the food was absolutely horrible. The bartender couldn’t even be bothered to turn on the TV or the fireplace and it was 10° outside not a warm cozy experience like you would expect that’s for sure. Then let’s talk about the room mold in the shower and God only knows what on the carpets that should be shampooed.
