It was disgusting behavior from someone who is working in a place and at a job that requires them to deal with people every day. Our room had no shampoo or body wash when we got here but the man at the front desk was very kind and helpful in getting us what we needed but it was a slight inconvenience.

This stay we booked for the week (5 nights) and requested room service every day for the stay. There was no room service provided, even after we requested the room service in the evening for the next day and in the morning at the front desk in person. We had to ask for new towels every day and ended up with a towel mountains and trash that we had to remove ourselves. The room was clean and good smelling but we noticed wear and tear since we stayed there last year: The knob to hang the toilet bag was detached from the wall, the mini fridge was loud and the handle of the hairdryer sticky. When using the fitness room, there were no disinfecting wipes, sanitizer, or towels. And a treadmill was out of order.

It is in a slightly less convenient location than other hotels nearby that are walking distance to shopping and food. Also, the on-site breakfast is relatively expensive, but not really a problem is there are several great local breakfast and coffee places nearby. Would be happy to stay here again on future visits.
