    Overall, the place was fine. The room was clean and tidy, they had a small pool, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. I would stay again if I needed accommodations for skiing.

    The front desk attendant was very rude very very rude I've never been dealt with that way in my life I was arguing with a person that when you asked him to please let that you speak so you can have a conversation instead of an argument and they would get louder and and the man that that they're right even if you show them proof that they might not be right it was just a very big show for I don't understand what the power trip was was out of control

    Visited Laconia for a show at the Colonial. Perfect location! Easy walk and good parking. Room was super clean and the breakfast was good. We'll definitely stay again.
