Room and service are OK but the hotel is located near a very noisy road. It has no appropriate soundproofing making very difficult to sleep deeply.

I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels, but this Hampton Inn takes the prize for most disgusting discovery of my life. I found a bedbug nest that looked months old—not just a stray bug, an actual nest that had clearly been thriving for a while. The mattress seams were crawling, and judging by the evidence, this didn’t happen overnight. My son had multiple bites covering his body. The staff’s response? Mild shock, minimal urgency. The night staff didn’t know what bed bugs were when we showed him. I wasn’t offered much beyond a room switch, and it took 3 rooms across 3 different floors before we were able to find a clean one without the bugs, which doesn’t solve the larger issue: this infestation didn’t appear yesterday. The management should have caught this long ago if basic inspections were being done. While I have thoroughly enjoyed the customer service of the front desk staff here on our numerous stays here, I many times overlooked the subpar housekeeping. Clearly the management did too. On numerous occasions, they would skip my room entirely or say they didn’t touch the beds because there was a personal blanket on them.

Great first time say in Keene NH! This hotel is very clean and modern, is in a central location with several food options near and 7 minutes away from the main city. The hotel has a big parking lot and an indoor pool. We stayed in room 426. Our stay was very quiet on the top floor. Beds were comfortable, the pillows did not have much support though. The bathroom was big enough and had plenty of towels. I also liked the zero % products in the shower and body lotion near the sink. We never had an issue getting hot water from the sink and shower. The hotel workers were also friendly. My only suggestion would be bigger trash bins in the rooms, they are small and fill quickly. Overall I would stay at this hotel again!

We were just stopping for the night while traveling, nice hotel but the smell of cleaning products in our room was so overwhelming I wanted to switch rooms. Nice to be clean but scale back, you could almost taste it

Nice Hampton. Our room was clean, quiet, and spacious, and our traveling dog was welcome. Location is great…it’s easy to access traveling east-west in southern NH. There are restaurants nearby, some walkable. And the simple, healthy Hampton breakfast got us back on the road after a quick stay. Good overnight option if you’re in the area.
