  The rooms are smaller than many Hampton inn and suites. Shower was great. Rooms were in disrepair and ours had a smoky smell that seemed to come from a heater. We had to move rooms three times because the first three had no heat. The woman who greeted us the first night was excellent but the manager was not friendly at all. The breakfast was typical Hampton but they did have fresh fruit which was a nice change. No the greatest Hampton but better than the Brattleboro one .

  I like this location. Its squared away. *edit* they kind of dropped the ball on this stay. A re occurring issue which happened to me, and also other guests as I was passing by - nobody was ever at the front desk, always tucked away in the back. Took 5 minutes to ask for towels, hours passed and had to wait again to re ask for towels. I didn't feel the "hospitality" this go around.

  My dad stayed their and they were rude as hell it says you can check in between 3 and whenever but gave him a hard time when he got their later then he wanted to and he had to have them renew his room key like 10 maybe more times cuz they locked him out of his room with his stuff still in it literally the worst hotel my dad has stayed at on the service side not cleaness.

  Room and service are OK but the hotel is located near a very noisy road. It has no appropriate soundproofing making very difficult to sleep deeply.
