HOT BREAKFAST BUFFET WITH " Make Your Own Belgian Waffles {( Weekends Only)} I wanted to not have pressure and worry about drive home 2 hours back to Cape Cod Massachusetts... after driving 2 hours up to Keene, visit downtown Keene, enjoy lunch at a local pub, supper at Applebee's and finally .. playing Black Jack and Roulette at The Revo Casino-Keene! They have Slot Machines too . I just don't play those because I love playing cards games and I LOVE the high winnings when my numbers hit, playing Roulette. I loved not feeling any pressure to rush my fun. That's not fun. The fun is staying overnight at the Best Western-Keene. Safety first because I like being alive. I needed anaffordable Hotel so I could do all that I did as today I'm only one wonderful day! My room had all the comforts of home, without the mess and chores. You can't lose when you stay at The Best Western-Keene!

We selected this hotel because it had everything we were looking for: free on-sight parking, restaurant on premises, indoor pool, fitness center, and complementary hot breakfast. We were incredibly impressed! The hotel and room was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean. The restaurant was fantastic with the best service and delicious food. The fitness center was well equipped and the pool was wonderful and so relaxing. We were even able to park right outside our room. It was also close to a number of other restaurants and a short drive from the center of town. I highly recommend this hotel.

The whole place smells vaguely like cigarette smoke, but the reason for my 1 star review is that my room had a leak in the bathroom ceiling and the ordeal they put me through trying to resolve this. We noticed when the room above had their water running that water was coming in through the ceiling of our bathroom. The water was carrying black specks of something from inside the ceiling, presumably mold. My wife, infant child, and I had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Not only did no one apologize, we were treated as if it was a privilege to get to change rooms to one without water and mold. The staff also tried to tell me there was no leak at all, even though I showed them video and photo evidence. If you have an issue during your stay, there is no one higher up who can help you. When I tried to address my concerns with best western customer relations, I was informed that the hotel is independently owned. So if they don't want to give you a full or partial refund, or points, or something else, corporate cannot do anything about it. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere where they care about their customers.
