  After reading some of the negative reviews, I was a bit concerned about our stay but I am pleased to mention our family enjoyed our three nights there and we were less than half an hour away from Bretton Woods. We did find the pool to be too cold though.

  Clean enough. Friendly enough. Breakfast... enough, I guess. Isn't your room supposed to be cleaned during a multi-day hotel though? And new towels? That didn't happen. They did come and fix the TV tha was on a weird setting and not working. But no new towels. No made beds etc. Keep your expectations low and you will enjoy yourself and write your own 3 star review.

  Rooms are decent size and clean. Staff is nice but not friendly, if that makes sense. Breakfast area is small so if you want to sit you need to get down there early or late. Location is 10min from Cannon Mountain and 10min from Littleton, so pretty good. Pool was uncomfortably cold and they regularly ran out of towels. Gym has a tread, an elliptical and cable machine

  We went to the ice castles and decided to stay here after. My wife booked the hotel because of the pool and a recommendation. I would not recommend this place to anyone. First and foremost we found 3 cockroaches during our stay, two pictured below, including the meta data showing when it was taken and location. We were here with our kids and this was beyond disgusting, when reported the front desk, he just took a picture of the pictures on my phone and handed me my receipt, didn’t ask or try to make the situation better. We found them in the morning which was unfortunate. I will be reporting this to the town/local heath board as well. We also tried the pool and the entrance way was so wet from condensation it was insane. There was so much moisture and condensation on everything from the walls to the ceiling it was basically raining on us, I didn’t trust the pool water either if that’s the condition they let the rest of the building be in. Needless to say I do not recommend this hotel and will not be back ever.

  Everything we had in this room for five days smelled so moldy when we left. Also front desk wouldn't add my rewards number. He said we don't do that, go to website. Also very front entry way felt like the floor was going to fall under our feet. They also didn't shovel often. Big snow storm when we got there. Had to walk thru 6 inches of snow to check in. Not a great stay by any means. Couldn't wait to check out. Never going back!
