Beautiful building, and not sure about other floors, but whatever you do - do not stay on the first floor. You will not be able to sleep due to the noise all day long. High price for the small room, no microwave access in the room, single digit weather and could not set the heater at anything higher than 72.

It was an extremely cold weekend and the hotels heat could not keep up. Our room was 61 degrees and the bathroom was colder. They brought in a space heater, but it could not be used while we were sleeping, so it was very cold again in the morning. The wind was whistling through the windows. We will not go back again.

Stayed at this hotel as it was listed on Concord Hospital's discounted lodging. Closest lodging to the Hospital. Beautiful, old hotel. If you are into modern buildings, this isn't for you. Restaurant on site was very convenient and had good food. I had reserved a handicap accessible room as my son is on crutches. Prior to our arrival, we were notified that the elevator was out of order and they had to move us. There were 6 steps to enter and exit the hotel. Shower wasn't safe for him to use because it lacked support bars. We made it work, but wasn't ideal. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I needed to be in Concord again!

I slept beautifully the night before a surgical procedure at Concord hospital. I avoided needing to travel during an ice storm. Staff was welcoming and my bed was super comfortable. Things were clean. Would recommend.
