You will not be able to sleep due to the noise all day long. High price for the small room, no microwave access in the room, single digit weather and could not set the heater at anything higher than 72.

They brought in a space heater, but it could not be used while we were sleeping, so it was very cold again in the morning. The wind was whistling through the windows. We will not go back again.

If you are into modern buildings, this isn't for you. Restaurant on site was very convenient and had good food. I had reserved a handicap accessible room as my son is on crutches. Prior to our arrival, we were notified that the elevator was out of order and they had to move us. There were 6 steps to enter and exit the hotel. Shower wasn't safe for him to use because it lacked support bars. We made it work, but wasn't ideal. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I needed to be in Concord again!
