  This is a basic motel with a reasonable price for what you get. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The one thing they didn't have but they had said they had were rolling beds or cots so that an extra person could sleep in the room- so that was a bit of an issue for us. There wasn't enough hot water for us to shower and a nice pool. The free breakfast was your basic not particularly tasty food but it is free and then we went out for a wonderful lunch at a nice restaurant.

  Staff were rude and tried to charge us extra to check in. The root beer soda made our stomachs hurt. Shower head was falling apart. Wanted to move rooms because of shower head. Staff refused even though there were open rooms. Rigged arcade games. Hotel room smelled like cat pee, also a bunch of black goop in the shower. Mever again.

  We had a pleasant stay overall. We didn’t need to interact much with staff, but the check-in process was smooth and easy, and I really appreciated the option to check in ahead of time. It was also nice that the hotel reached out to ask if we needed anything during our stay. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The pool was a great size for a hotel and clearly well kept. Common areas were tidy, and while the game room didn’t have a large variety of options, it had enough to keep the kids entertained for a bit. The gym was sufficient for a decent workout, and breakfast was fine with the typical American options you’d expect. Another plus was the convenient location—we found attractions, coffee spots, and pharmacies nearby, which made our stay even easier. Thank your for hosting us.

  I’ve stayed here twice during the last 2 years. Each time it has exceeded my expectations. Great rooms, extremely clean, quiet, and awesome location Off of 93 in the white mountains. Mattresses are very comfortable, climate controls are exceptional, and pillows have always been clean and comfortable. Bathrooms very clean. I will definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend this place.

  We don’t typically book this franchise but being 20 mins away from the ice castles the price was right. The rooms were clean service was very friendly and our room was ready early so we got to check in and use the pool before. Pool was large and clean but the pool room was chilly including the pool. It’s understandable because it’s a large room I’m sure it’s hard to heat but was not warm enough for us adults to swim. Breakfast was a regular continental and was honestly not bad. Loved that they had nuts and choc chips for the pancakes and plenty of places to sit and eat. Staff were very nice I would defiantly stay here again.
