- IMIsaias Maya2 days ago5.0I love this hotel I love the location ok where it’s at and most importantly Jen at the front desk is AMAZING my wife is pregnant and wasn’t feeling the best because she had heart burn originally I was going to go the gas station that was down the road to get her a milk but my wife went ahead and asked the front desk to see if they have milk to buy well Jen had answered and said no they did not but they had milk in the back they can give her my wife instantly started crying from the kindness my wife and I have never seen in such a great town so I happily ran down and my wife feels better thanks to her I highly recommend this hotel if you come and visit Manchester

Beds were awesome I slept great. Basic TV channels with the options to sign in to Netflix, Hulu, etc. Front desk worker, Tom, was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The best part is checkout time is 12pm. Overall I loved the vibe of this hotel and would stay here again. Very comfortable, pleasant stay.

The mattress was substandard. Lumpy and very uncomfortable. A pillow upgrade would be a major plus. Staff were great. Just when you are away from home a decent pillow is a plus.
