Overall a great stay, there was some construction work but we were pretty warned. Only one elevator working though and it was being used by Staff too, so really slow service.
There was some noise at around 4AM which we initially thought was another guest but later found that it was a Housekeeper following a Soapie on her phone. This continued for hours until 9:30, hence we were able to identify the "culprit"
Comparative to the Downtown Property of the same Hampton Brand, this property is far superior.

Booked two nights through Expedia.
We were rudely removed from our room by front desk staff while we were trying to get ready for a wedding.
Refused to acknowledge my second night, refused to work with Expedia, and was rude and condescending.
Ending up having to book a new room from the parking lot so we wouldn’t be separated from rest of wedding party
When the manger finally got back to us after our trip was completed, he was also no help, and citied it was company possibly to not offer assistance to Expedia, or guest standing in front of you.
Overall very unprofessional staff and it clearly flows downhill from the lack of customer service and professionalism the manager expressed

Checked i And they have NO TV service. Called the front desk and all we heard was sorry, we have no service. So you charged for a room without all amenities included!???! And what compensation do we get???? It may seem trivial to some, but after several hours of air travel it would be nice to relax with TV entertainment.

I stayed here on work, no room service at all during the 4 days of staying there. Being a work trip I booked for 5 days due to it being easier to check out a day early than extending your stay by a day. Went to check out on day 4, they told me I was checked out. When I didn’t have a receipt I called and emailed with zero help. They stopped answering my calls. I won’t be booking my large groups at this Hotel moving forward, we will take our business to one of the other Hilton properties
