It wasn’t until I was mid flight to Florida that I realized I left my wedding and engagement ring in the bathroom of my room. My husband reached out to the staff immediately and they had already secured it in a safe and held it until I got home 5 days later. Secondary to the new found trust I have in this hotel, I blame their incredibly smelling lotion in the room for the reason my rings were even taken off in the first place hahaha! Looking forward to my next stay!

There was a leak in my hotel room and the front desk would not move us because there was no manager on duty. A manager did not show up until the next day, and now they are refusing to take accountability for leaving my family and I in a room with a big wet spot on the carpet for two days. Awful customer service.
