    Not advise this place at all , very unhappy customer with.them & priceline together . Just because i paid for nights through priceline , hampton inn & suites of 8 hawthorne drive bedford nh. Expects me to pay 500$ more for incidentals . Being out price of room + tax then get hit for 500$ when get to hotel when told no incidentals.... very poor bussiness ethics i must say left out in the cold . Thank you priceline & hampton inn & suites 8 hawthorne drive bedford nh . Hampton inn & suites has responded simply with all hotels charge incidentals ... not understanding every clerk shouldnt be asking for different amounts and they simply left a paying customer out in the cold .. im understanding incidentals and a 20$/ night returned expense but , no incedenrals to a $100 total incidental to a $250 night incedental once arriving is misleading &.complete lack of bussiness ethics &/ or morals . Thank you. Hampton inn & suites has not been in touch with me directly so not sure about your response here as well

    This hotel stole my money. I am an 18 year old who booked this hotel in advance. I called to check in and was told that I have to be 21 to check in. I was told I would get my money back but have not received it. They let me book on their website because you have to be 18 to book but 21 to check in. I have spent weeks trying to get my money back with no results. They have been transferring me around to be someone else’s problem and still have not refunded me. My case number is #263429795.

    Original reservation was for two nights. Due to work related travel needs changing, I had to check out after one night. Upon checking out BEFORE check out time, the front desk agent said they would have to talk to the manager about changing the reservation. Nothing was done and I received no communication from management. I was over-charged for two nights, when I only occupied the room for one night. I never received any communication from the property manager, even after contacting Hilton's corporate office. Don't waste your time or money at this property. Management is not willing to understand that travel arrangements change occasionally. They do not value your business and they will refuse to communicate with you.

    Our entire apartment building flooded from a burst sprinkler pipe, we stayed here for a couple nights while trying to navigate the chaos of what was going on with our apartment and the building. The hotel is older, rundown when compared to the Hampton Inn in Manchester. We changed rooms three times the first day - heater wasn’t working properly in the first room and the night stand fell off the wall in the second. Dark mold was everywhere in the shower and was gross. My boyfriend and I initially booked for one night and decided to add on a night to our reservation since it wasn’t looking like we could return to our apartment. I notified the evening front desk of our plan to add on a night to our reservation. He was very nice, wore a Carhartt hat and informed me that we wouldn’t have to check out since it’ll be added on to our current reservation but would need to stop by the front desk at some time the next day to get updated key cards. Since I was the person who booked the hotel, I asked if they would be able to give the updated room cards to my boyfriend who gets out of work several hours before I do. He wrote my boyfriends name who is staying with me and said it shouldn’t be a problem. Fast forward the next day, my boyfriend was denied entry into our room. Jay, who was present for the conversation I had at the front desk with the other hotel staff the night before, said since he did not book the room, he cannot give my boyfriend the key to the room where all our belongings are. My boyfriend’s name was on the hotel reservation, I called the hotel, spoke with Jay, and informed him this has been settled the night before. I am a registered nurse and work long hours, my boyfriend would’ve been sitting in the lobby for 3.5 hours until I got out of work. Even so, denied entry to a room we paid for with all our stuff still in the room. Jay told me we were supposed to check out that morning and recheck back in the next day and that I needed to be present to receive the key cards. All of this opposite of what I was told and confirmed last night. He requested I fill out an authorization form, to be emailed to me, with my credit card number for incidentals. This took away from my work. After our two night stay, we still needed hotel accommodations, we checked out and spent several nights at the Hampton Inn in Manchester, it ended up being much nicer.

    Location was great. Near our family we were visiting and It was close to the highway,gas stations and plenty of restaurants and stores. The room however was terrible,it was so dirty we had to be moved.It was so dusty and dirty I don’t understand if they are short staffed with cleaners or what but it was gross! The sofa had food on it like someone had just been sitting there eating before we arrived.Food on the floor and under the sofa. The dusty was about 3inches thick on and around the Electric fireplace that didn’t work. Stains in the walls,tub and sink. Then there was the spiders. Red spiders crawling along the walls.We had to be moved. It was gross! The room we moved to was definitely cleaner but we had issues with being locked out of our room so many times. I lost track after 8 times! We had to go to the front desk and ask them to fix the issue each time. Then One elevator didn’t work at all so the other was very slow due to the high demand on one working elevator. Then there was the WiFi issues where we couldn’t use it or it would just randomly stop working and the tv in our room would also just stop working. We tried calling down to front desk numerous times and nothing, no answer so we’d have to go back down to the front desk request help and they’d apologize for the inconvenience when they were there but still frustrating when it continued to happen.
