Yet I look a couple days ago and it was charged to mine. I booked two nights but plans changed and could only stay one night. I spoke with the front desk and the he said no problem at all,,,yet I’m still being charged for both nights. I have tried over and over to call and get this resolved yet I can never get a response. Second is the rooms are not comfortable at all. Terrible beds and loud ac. Third is the staff. I already mentioned multiple mess ups above but one of the gals working the breakfast area was unbelievable. I was there with my 2 daughters and she was the most rude and unpleasant worker I have been around in a long time. Yelling at my 7 year old to move continuously so she could get through (my 7 year old has special needs and didn’t understand). Each time she kept asking she got louder and more demanding. Long story short, here I sit with a $387 charge for two nights even though it was supposed to be 1 night after speaking to front desk and supposed to be on my mothers card…for one of the worst experiences at a hotel in a long time
