  My room was clean & was fine. My complaint is how uncomfortable the beds were. They were very broken in & seemed like they needed replaced. Also, the hot tub was not very warm & the jets didn’t work. Staff was nice & breakfast was good. Those 2 things were my complaints.

  Room wasn’t horrible but they had roaches and there was only one staff member who made any attempt at being decent. Rented a room for an extended period of time and not only did they not vacuum or change the bedding AT ALL, but they double charged me for the beginning of my stay on two different cards, charged me double for a bag of candy and there were roaches hopping out at you every turn. Night shift could care less and said they put in our complaints only to hear in the AM they don’t know what I’m talking about. Still didn’t clean up or refund us any of the nights we had to find other lodging due to their roaches. Whole main floor got to hear all about it and not one call back or concern from management. Absolutely disgusting.

  This hotel has been consistently nice. Clean rooms, great location and a variety of foods for breakfast. When we checked in our refrigerator wasn’t working Gaberial was speedy to resolve the issue. The breakfast bar was loaded with a variety of breakfast foods and they always had hot coffee throughout the day. We got over charged for our water but it was resolved quickly. Rooms are clean and welcoming. The hot tub was hot and enjoyable but no bubbles. We are BIG Omaha Beef fans and will be back for the football season.

  First one I checked in my key wouldn't work and I had to go back down and they switched me to a different room. The hotel is freezing cold I think the temperature is about 60° so cold the front desk staff is wearing their coats behind the desk. Couldn't get my room to warm up. There's a thermostat on the wall, but it also looks like it lets you control things from the unit under the window. Ask the person at the front desk if you control the thermostat the wall or the unit and she said she didn't know. I asked her who I was supposed to talk to so I could find out and she said she didn't know. Went to take a shower in the morning and the temperature of the water was lukewarm at best. Went down to eat breakfast and they were out of things and the temperature of the food was way below safe standards. After coming back from being gone for a while my key to my room didn't work and I had to go back down the front desk and get it remade. I don't know what's going on with this hotel but nothing seems to work.

  King bed with couch bed stinks. Couch bed full stains and very uncomfortable. Had to call the front desk for bedding.
