  Me and my family stayed 3 nights over Easter weekend.We have stayed at many hotels in different states but I have to say I personally found this hotel had the most friendly and courteous staff there,from the moment we checked in till we checked out.They had an Easter egg hunt on Sunday for all the guest kids and they had baskets and 1,000 eggs for the kids to find.We went to the waterpark inside the hotel twice and it was great,the slide was great the other little water play area was great for smaller kids,they hot a nice big hot tub area for plenty of people and then there was a regular swim area.Our room had to big king size beds and plenty of room for us 2 adults and 2 children.They had a restaurant connected to the hotel that you ate breakfast,adults had to buy their breakfast but then a kid ate free.They had an ice cream place connected that we ate ice cream one afternoon,and there was a small game room to.We checked everything out except the exercise room.They DID NOT have a laundry room which I found that a little unusual but overall it was a great hotel and it didn't cost a lot to stay there.We are definitely going back there next month when we have to return to Omaha.I want to Thank these people Janes,Michelle,Jon,Anabell,Yamissia and Marcus for making us feel right at home.💯

  Really family oriented had an Easter egg hunt and the Easter bunny for Easter, great spot even has a restaurant and ice cream shop inside, really friendly staff, my favorite yamissia is just full of energy and a just person to sit and talk too lol overall stay was 5 stars

  Went in to stay in with 1 of my homies, went in,front desk TOLD US IT WAS GONNA be 100, THEN 126 PLUS TAX, sum like that. Mind you we split the payment, but apparently only my friend got charged 200$. NOT EVEN THE RIGHT AMOUNT WE AGREED WITH THE CLERK TOO. If it was gonna be 200 we would of js slept in my car for all I care. I dont recommend this place, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY LIE ABOUT THE AMOUNT YOU GOT TO PAY AND THEN UPCHARGE WITHOUT TELLING THE CUNTOMER. First charge was 124 then AGAIN charged my friend 76 out the blue aswell. Looking for a lawyer now.🙏🏾😮‍💨

  Very noisy with people thumping above and running down the hallways. Rude workers. No garbage can in the room. No blow dyer in the room. Employee locked the front door at 10pm and we were locked out of the hotel and had to wait until someone happened to come to the door. The music was blasting on every floor and you could herenit down to your room. Arcade door was locked and no one could get in. Very dirty in every corner. In our room our socks were black from how dirty the floors were. The parking was only a handful of spots and you have to pay for parking. There wasn’t a spot and the front desk lady said we could park in the next hotels parking lot. Pool area had garbage everywhere. Diamond elite members and will not stay at this hotel again!!!

  Parking was horrible and they don’t enforce the whole thing if you are not guest you will be towed and if you want to park at the hotel it’s 15$ a day and you are not even promised a spot to able to park. So good luck, I spent an hour and half trying to find and spot and waiting unless I wanted to walk 4 and half blocks to get a spot even after pay 1200$ for rooms. Then the water park is open to anyone it seems like so not really a pay to get in type of thing that or people are opening the door for others and no one is enforcing the rules. The only shining light of this place with a great bubbly attitude is Yamissia! Outstanding service from her!
