Edited. Goodness, don’t ask for a different room. General Manager Lisa Hudgins just refused that request, then refused a refund, then called the police. I’ve lived a half century without a police call, so I’m honored IHG employs a general manager with enough anger management issues to break that streak.
When you book on Priceline, just count on the worst room possible, and for the staff to treat you like hot garbage. Though I never request it, I always get the “accessible room” which means the room with a shower you can’t use and that simply floods the whole bathroom. I asked to move, and Chayaine noted that I’m low priority because I booked on a third party site. Add in that the main road is closed for two years and the fact that the property is appreciably more ghetto every year, and I recommend a hard pass on this one.

I thought the hotel would be closer to the old market area but this is about a 7 min drive and not a close walk by any means.
We got the two queen suite with a pull out couch. This room was very tight with beds. There was a foot between the bed and the wall, a nice space between the two queen beds and then 6 inches between the queen bed and the pull put couch and no space between the pull out couch and the air-conditioned and wall. The two queen beds were aslo very worn on the sides between the two queens. When you sat on the bed it fell all the way down to the box spring but when you sat on the other sides (out side edges) the mattress would be normal.
The pool is very small and there is not hot tub.
The hotel was clean and everything was put together well except for the highness and the beds.
You do have to pay $15 every 24 hours you are parked in their parking lot. And you have to use your phone to do this. It is paying the city not the hotel.
Also I could hear the neighbors tv until about 1130 at night. The walls are not very sound proof.

I recently stayed at this 2-star hotel and unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience. As soon as we entered the room, it smelled like someone had just used the bathroom and the odor never really went away, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. For a place that’s supposed to welcome guests, the cleanliness was disappointing.
The staff were also very rude and unhelpful. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they seemed annoyed whenever we asked simple questions. The manager in particular was very passive-aggressive toward my children, which was surprising and unnecessary. At one point, the manager even followed my kids around the lobby for no clear reason, which made us feel very uncomfortable.
Parking was another issue. You have to pay for parking, yet the spaces are extremely tight, making it difficult to get in and out of the car without worrying about hitting something. For a paid parking area, it definitely wasn’t convenient or well designed.
To make matters worse, the pool was incredibly small—much smaller than expected and barely enough space for a few people.
Overall, between the unpleasant room smell, rude staff, uncomfortable interactions with the manager, tight paid parking, and the tiny pool, this hotel did not provide a good experience. I would not recommend staying here.

There is no shuttle service to and from airport!! Flight was deverted to Omaha and we had choice of three hotels and I chose the one with shuttle service. Ended up paying for Uber there and back. Person checking everyone in said she didn’t have enough rooms cleaned and our confirmed rooms weren’t available. I had to go on line and make a personal reservation for $182.00 so I could get a room.
