You do pay for parking but that didn’t both me because the hotel is downtown so that was expected. I have traveled to other cities that have this. Would definitely come back!

Jane, Karre, Michelle and Ana were super friendly and very helpful. The place looks awesome for kids as I almost brought my inner kid out. I do recommend this hotel. The rooms are nice as well. They have a living space as well as the bedroom space. Great Job guys If this hillbilly ever comes back to Omaha you will be the one I call.

Our king room was extremely run down and needed renovations. Lamps and TVs would not work. In the bathroom, a panel of the bathroom counter literally fell out and hit my foot. The pool was freezing freezing cold. But the absolute worst part about our stay was the noise. Kids were constantly running up and down and fighting in the halls. The front desk people would try to help. But it happened literally every 10 minutes. Got absolutely zero rest. Overall, you’d think WAY more of a franchisee like the holiday inn. Avoid this place like the plague
- CMCasey McCoyNov 1, 20254.0Super easy smooth check in. Jon at the front desk was super nice and rather than just point me where to park he walked me out to show me some available spots. He also reprogrammed our remote quickly and with kindness. Our dead bolt had been snapped off, thankfully Anthony in maintenance was quick and responsive in changing it for me. He was super kind and had the grandpa kindness towards my kids asking him what he was doing and getting in the way. The staff seemed overwhelmed with disrespectful patrons in the water park but they kept a great attitude! These 2 are what made our stay enjoyable!!
