Avoid at all costs. Great location but horrible hotel. Families of small children and Dog owners beware. This hotel allows any dog of any size or temperament to stay here. Our 30 lb dog was attacked on Friday by a dog that weighed 90 lbs or more. Luckily my husband was able to stop it before he killed my dog. We reported this to the front desk but they did nothing. Dog was still there when we left on Monday and tried to attack my dog again. In addition the hotel is really run down, breakfast isn’t fit to eat, and they offer very little. They do have coffee out 24 hrs a day but it’s not kept warm. We arrived on Thursday and elevator broke that night and still wasn’t working on Monday when we left - it’s the only elevator. The hotel wasn’t as clean as I would prefer - a mousetrap with a mouse in it was lying beside one of the exits.

Make sure you inspect your room carefully before settling in. I am 98% sure the room we were put in has mold on the ceiling in the shower from a previous leak. I have attempted to contact the owner of this location and IHG and no one will provide any kind of response. I’m guessing I’m correct in my evaluation and they’re hoping I just go away if they ignore me. I’ve tried the Nebraska Department of Public Health with no response either.

For check in to breakfast to housekeeping service you'll be taken care of. The front desk staff is amazing, the housekeeper are awesome, the breakfast lady is wonderful. The location you need to eat before 8pm because at 9pm the stores start to shut down and at 10 pm food places closed. You have to big box store close target and Walmart. That way you're not left hungry. They have everything you need in two to three miles. So yes it's a good place stay along your travels and for your business needs.ill plan my trips back east to stay and my trips from the west I'll plan on staying. So its up to you as the traveler on where to stay. But this is my review and only ones opinion. So travel safely to where you go.

Walked into room and a bed had been unmade like it was just slept in . Let staff know and they didn’t offer to come clean it or change bedding but gave us bedding to do ourself. Gross. Walls are paper thin and have the nosiest teenagers next to us. Called the front and she didn’t do anything. The room phone also does not work. Stay somewhere else.

The highlight of this hotel is that its walking distance from huhot. We got here and they didnt have a handicap accessible room for my mother like we had booked because of plumbing problems, we booked this hotel so we could have a swimming pool to go to with our daughter and it was FREEZING, it was the equivalent of an ice bath I mentioned it to the staff and they did reset it so itd warm up but it didnt warm up until after it was closed, went to take bags down and the elevator stopped working so we had to take the stairs instead, everything was super wore down in the room, mentioned all the problems we had and "we cant do anything about that" no apology, compensation, nothing. we booked here because we seen 4☆ reviews. Hopefully I save someone else from wasting their money here.
