- TKTyler KJan 21, 20261.0Hotel lobby and hallways were very cold. Pool heater was broken, so it was like being outside if your kids wanted to swim. Asked for a refund so we could stay somewhere else. Guy working the desk said sure that's fine. Called the next day to confirm the refund and was told no refund. Awful customer service. Bad quality. Avoid this place if you can.

- SRSara RoweDec 7, 20251.0Amenities list says hot tub there is no hot tub. There are all sorts of bugs in around the pool. Pool was cold and not clean. Service was excellent, but that's the only thing that was pleasant. The mold in the bathroom and the humid room air was not good.

- PRPam ReederNov 10, 20251.0Avoid at all costs. Great location but horrible hotel. Families of small children and Dog owners beware. This hotel allows any dog of any size or temperament to stay here. Our 30 lb dog was attacked on Friday by a dog that weighed 90 lbs or more. Luckily my husband was able to stop it before he killed my dog. We reported this to the front desk but they did nothing. Dog was still there when we left on Monday and tried to attack my dog again. In addition the hotel is really run down, breakfast isn’t fit to eat, and they offer very little. They do have coffee out 24 hrs a day but it’s not kept warm. We arrived on Thursday and elevator broke that night and still wasn’t working on Monday when we left - it’s the only elevator. The hotel wasn’t as clean as I would prefer - a mousetrap with a mouse in it was lying beside one of the exits.
