Well, in room 416 you can't have one. Desk staff was great and accommodating. I was moved to a room with HOT water. Just know your experience may be extremely disappointing. There is a Hampton Inn close. You may want to try that instead.

The location is great as it's right next to stores in case you forgot anything. It is also near major intersections in Omaha to help you get around without too much stress.
