I also wanted to give an extra special shoutout to Tabatha, one of the ladies that works at night. Her service went beyond typical customer service and she helped a very frazzled, stressed mama get checked in and situated! She even made sure that I was aware for next time that they have Childrens room rates.

The room wasn’t very clean (we even found a toddler star puff snack on the floor), the “heated” pool was cold, and breakfast was underwhelming. The day staff didn’t seem as welcoming, and the $15 parking fee plus the less-than-ideal neighborhood made the experience just okay overall.
