    Wow, Tabitha at reception was just lovely! She was wonderful with my very chatty and enthusiastic son, and she has a very warm and open personality. I stay in a lot of various hotels with work, and this room was absolutely spotless and in perfect condition. Very happy with this property

    Check in was great after that everything went down hill. Parking was horrible, we had to pay 15$ a night for parking yet every time we came back there was no where to park because others parked over the lines taking 2 spots or making it difficult if not impossible to park or for example one parked right down middle of 2 spots when complained nothing they could do about it. When asked why take our vehicle information at checkin and make us all pay for parking if we cant use and you dont use the vehicle Information to enforce proper parking for all their guest. Again l, was told I could park on the street or their other parking lot that was not lit, completely dark and would then have to walk half a block (in winter) down and around the building through the parking lot, that keep in mind... i paid to park in, to get into the building with my 2 year old grandson and our luggage etc.) THEN, when I went to check out I wanted a paper receipt, no one was at the desk at check out time. One of the housekeepers was insisting I just leave and I would get an email. I'm sorry that I am 'old school' but I would like a paper receipt and the attitude I got was simply unbelievable. Then it took another 25min for someone to come to the desk after 3 other employees walked by to print off a simple receipt showing our nightmare stay. No thank you no nothing. Just printed it, here and walked off talking to other employees about the guest in the building. I've been an IHG member for 15 years so You can imagine all the stays I have had with this company amd the points I have stacked, used, and built on my portfolio. Then wonder why I also started and tend to lean more towards Marriott family in the last 2 years, well, this is one of the very many examples in the last couple of years.

    The front desk manager is super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, modern, and quiet. That is by far the best continental breakfast I've ever seen at a Holiday Inn and I travel A LOT. Would definitely stay again!

    Stayed here for a work trip. Tabitha at the front desk was AMAZING. She was very informative, friendly, and knowledgeable. You could tell that she really enjoys her position and making your stay pleasurable. She always had a smile and friendly greeting as people walked in. She even shared amiable small talk after I would come back for the evening after a full day at work.
