  I recently stayed at this 2-star hotel and unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience. As soon as we entered the room, it smelled like someone had just used the bathroom and the odor never really went away, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. For a place that’s supposed to welcome guests, the cleanliness was disappointing. The staff were also very rude and unhelpful. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they seemed annoyed whenever we asked simple questions. The manager in particular was very passive-aggressive toward my children, which was surprising and unnecessary. At one point, the manager even followed my kids around the lobby for no clear reason, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Parking was another issue. You have to pay for parking, yet the spaces are extremely tight, making it difficult to get in and out of the car without worrying about hitting something. For a paid parking area, it definitely wasn’t convenient or well designed. To make matters worse, the pool was incredibly small—much smaller than expected and barely enough space for a few people. Overall, between the unpleasant room smell, rude staff, uncomfortable interactions with the manager, tight paid parking, and the tiny pool, this hotel did not provide a good experience. I would not recommend staying here.

  There is no shuttle service to and from airport!! Flight was deverted to Omaha and we had choice of three hotels and I chose the one with shuttle service. Ended up paying for Uber there and back. Person checking everyone in said she didn’t have enough rooms cleaned and our confirmed rooms weren’t available. I had to go on line and make a personal reservation for $182.00 so I could get a room.

  The Manager should NOT be in management period. I would recommend firing this person immediately. There's no amount of training to change attitude. She doesn't know what the meaning of hospitality is and definitely shouldn't be working the front desk of any establishment! Note for Corporate GM.. Shame on you for having her a representation of IHG Management

  Friendly, efficient staff. Tidy room and common area. Fairly easy walk to Old Market area, Uber home after dark. Airport transport is not a shuttle as per website, but is by hotel-paid Uber arranged after calling front desk Enjoyed my stay

  This hotel is not steps away from old market! It is actually 1.3 miles away with a dark walk if going at night.
