- TBTim BrubakkenJan 6, 20261.0Do not stay at this location if you want rest or sleep. We should have taken heed of the other reviews that warned about how loud this hotel is. We were not able to sleep at all, and that's all. Everything is heard through the walls. every door opening and slamming, every conversation from rooms away, every TV. The walls are paper thin and somehow seem to conduct sound waves instead of deaden them, even amplifying and echoing down the hallways. Service from employees as check in and checkout was friendly, commendable. But at the same time, they were not able to effectively handle a problem of a group of "guests?" who literally ran roughshod throughout the hotel all night long and kept everyone else awake and caused serious questions of safety for the paying registered customers. Police should have been brought in to handle the situation; it was unfair to saddle the one desk employee all night dealing with one situation of people at 1am 3am 5am 8am... constantly. Loud screaming, running, slamming doors. We paid for rooms to be able to rest after driving long and with another day of travel ahead. Our safety and ability to do that was severely impacted with the issues that the hotel was unable to handle. This is a hotel problem that we should have been compensated for in the amounts we all paid to stay and trust that the situation would be handled. Nothing was done, nor offered to acknowledge the situation we were met with. We were told a manager would contact us and that didn't happen, which was the bare minimum of effort that could have been taken to correct the issue. Based on the inability to handle situations that arose, we can not recommend this location in any way and warn you fully to make alternative choices for lodging if a quiet restful night of sleep is at all what you are looking for.
