Great hotel if you want to work out at the gym and then go to your room to work out some more. Words on wall feel very juvenile like when some airplanes have to point out things like cockpit, door, or wheels and the inspirational messages feel shallow. Wouldn't want to walk around anywhere at night as the area around it doesn't have much light. The hotel can have gym facility as well as in your room, but a microwave is too much to ask. Went to use the community shared next to elevators, but it looks like a pizza exploded in it. The staff however, is very nice

Even Hotel is a great place to stay. Rooms are very clean and staff is accommodating to your needs. Roni and Alyssa have both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you for all your hard work and this Hotel is awesome!!

"Family Friendly" maybe for older kids but we have younger children. Parking was less than convenient and having to pay for parking for a hotel im staying at is absurd. The pool was freezing and I asked specifically for the pool because that was a deciding factor. They told me it was open but might be a little cold. My children couldn't even get in it. It was ice cold. Staff was not accommodating the bartender was polite but we didn't require his services. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door with no lock and you can see through. Its a hipster hotel for the non-budget conscious. We will not be staying at the brand again.

The room is clean and spacious. But the guest experience is lacking. Examples - when I checked in, they sent me to the wrong room (someone else was in there!!). The bathroom door was broken. They charge extra fees for breakfast ($12/person) and parking ($15/night) when these amenities are usually free at other hotels. They have a ping pong table and other games in the lobby but you can't use them after 10pm. And the most annoying thing is that they are so focused on health but don't even recycle. The manager said she is ordering bins for guest rooms, but there are no plans to have them in the lobby where they actually sell cans and bottles. All these little things add up and make me not want to stay here again. Please start recycling and improve your guest experience.

This is one of my favorite affordable hotels in Omaha. Especially when you need something last minute close to the airport! Which is why I had my stay here on Sunday (12/14) to Monday(12/15). Now unfortunately I missed my flight on monday so I was rushing to leave the hotel and I got to the airport and the ONLY thing I left was my Stanley.:( Mind you it was brand new I just bought it specifically for the trip and had it for only a couple days. I noticed in the van and immediately called the hotel within 30 mins of checking out. I asked them to hurry to the room to grab it and I was told it wasn't there and the room was completely empty I left it on the desk. They said house keeping already cleaned it which was super fast! Considering I checked out at 9:15am and called at 9:47am. Ive been calling everyday since Monday and they cant seem to find it! They never call me back I had to call them. Im very annoyed that I called so soon after checking out and NO ONE can find my waterbottle. But whatever merry christmas to house cleaning or whoever was working at the front desk when I called I hope you enjoyed a used stanley that I bought for $20 at tjmaxx😐😉😉😉
