The staff here has some issues. They all seem completely miserable and hate their jobs for the most part. I once had a staff member yell at and berate me over the phone when I called asking to cancel my reservation. Another time, when I requested a room change due to some issues with the room I was given the staff literally muttered “I hate my life” out loud because she was annoyed she had to help a customer.

I wish things went better. Waited an hour for our room they didn’t know which rooms were cleaned which ones were not. They gave us free breakfast tickets which was nice but when we went to use them they closed the kitchen early. Disappointed in how the weekend has went. The Bartender Bryan was FANTASTIC amazing guy and service!

Hotel has nice rooms but it's never a good sign when you're checking in that earplugs are available for free at the front desk. Most of the night cars and trucks were very load as they drove by. Pool is nice but has no seating for families, same for the room which was a suite complete with bunk beds yet still no seating for a family.

First time staying in this hotel. We were on the second floor, the ice machine didn't work, got water but had to go to 3rd to get ice. On a busy street, the noise was on the bad side, of going to have windows on the street, they should be a little more sound proof. At the "bar", the beer taps didn't work, kegs needed to be changed and weren't, I asked for a whiskey ginger ale and the syrup for the ginger ale was out. Couldn't order anything but pizza and then couldn't even get that as they ran out of dough, manager had to run to get more from another hotel. Some one left trash on the microwave by the elevator and house keeping didn't clean that up. It's a nice hotel, focused on well being, but def have kinks to work out. Doesn't seem like staff is very cohesive. Also, fire alarm went off this morning. If the hotel is going to be testing alarms, they should give the guests a heads up to expect that instead of being rudely awakened.

Beds are nice. Self pay for parking. Not much around in walking distance. Food was not good....High priced and cold for a hot breakfast. Put two plates of food on one plate and only gave one set of utensils. Did not have yogurt and they substitute a plastic cup of cut up fruit. Not a good selection. I can see no one eats here for breakfast. Not enough of night stands to place phones at bed side. No place to sit in the room, unless it is on the bed.
