- JLJenna LaineFeb 22, 20265.0My husband and I and our two little ones stayed at this hotel for two nights this weekend. I had called the hotel beforehand and spoke with Roxanne. From that first call until we checked out today, we received nothing but top notch service. The head of housekeeping and the two other night desk associates were also very nice. One of our best experiences in a hotel in quite some time. Thank you so much for making it a great trip!

- HDHeather DameJan 12, 20263.0Besides the neglect on their furniture that ripped a hole in my jacket, the stay was decent. As soon as we were getting ready to leave on Saturday January 10th 2026 I bent behind the recliner to pick up trash and a big metal sharp piece was hanging out of the back of the chair, I can't imagine a kid running in to it, would cause stitches. Spoke with the lady at the front at around 8 am, told us she didnt know if or when the manager would be in could be 9 or 930, I showed her photos and the tear in my coat, we had a 5 hour drive home so couldn't wait around so she said they would call, 1045 comes around and the lady did call me back and inform me the manager wouldn't be in until Monday and the GM would be calling me, it is now Monday at 430 pm and nothing yet. She did offer a partial refund on the room but the room was paid for by a company and the credit card user said it would be more difficult to explain why the refund would go back to me so that was a no go.
