  Im a Premier Best Western Customer. This has to be the Worst Best Western I've ever stayed in. Room needed alot of work. People smoking in the hall. The floor in the 1st floor. In-between the Office and elevator. Completely wet. From People coming and going to the pool and elevator. The Clerk on duty. Was told about these issues. But, didn't do nothing. Parking is very hazardous. Good luck finding a parking spot.

  Not even close to new. Dated 1980's interior with poor lighting throughout, old and rundown look, parking lot is in disarray and in need of repair and updating. Rooms either face the parking lot or the Interstate....take your pick. Location is close to interstate access but also to lower-end strip environment; several fast-food outlets and convenience stores are within walking distance so long as you conceal carry. Not a good public environment for single females or families with small children.

  DO NOT STAY HERE! Mold in the rooms, disgusting yellow mattresses, we had a sanitary swim sticker stuck to our bathroom wall upon check in, ice machines have nasty crusty stuff dripping down, puppies were in the kitchen!, we only ONE working elevator for all guests and staff (yes ONE, not a pair!), elevator looks to have never been cleaned! Absolute filth and the manager offered me rewards points for my complaint! I would never stay at Best Western again if you paid me!

  Mold on ceiling, crumbs all over the room, my volleyball team stayed there and we where all on different floors and since we had to go to different floors we where “playing around in the elevator” and my teammate (who has a broken foot) had to walk up 5 flights of stairs. Service is just bad. Yellow stuff on the towels. No hot water. Just DONT go

  So , this hotel Gave my daughter the worst experience ever , when I booked the room the lady at the front desk said i booked for only one Guest , before I paid the deposit I explained to the lady that the girls for my daughters sleep over mind you she was only turning 6 were going to be in the room with me I told her that if that wouldn’t be possible then she could just refund the room and I wouldn’t pay the deposit she proceeded to have me pay the deposit and gave me 5 wrist bands the next morning the same lady ANNA that took the deposit and gave me the wristbands said that I had to many guest in the room CHILDREN UNDER 6 mind you and she proceeded to go back and forth with me and called the Police on me infront of children 6& under because she saying the room was booked for one guest even though I told her prior I didn’t mind and she could just refund the room , and I’d go somewhere else MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I’ve had a hotel in my life . Not KID FRIENDLY AT ALL don’t let the pool with the lilly pad fool you ! And then not only that she TOOK the deposit because she said there was extra people in the room CHILDREN UNDER 6 mind you we left the room better the. What we found . So why take the deposit for kids being in the room who I already explained WOULD BE IN THE ROOM Anna needs to be fired & then she lied and told the police SHE DIDNT CHECK ME IN THE DAY BEFORE 😂 when she was the EXACT PERSON WHO CHECKED ME IN !
