- BBBrooke Bryant1 day ago2.0Our original room was clean and seemed fine. An hour later I noticed a light shinning into the shower, with the vanity lights off. I climbed the counter to find a flashlight pointed towards the shower in an unseen spot on the light. There was dust around it signifying that it had been there for a while. We were uncomfortable with the flashlight placement and felt something was wrong. The hotel workers did not seem to care. However we were able to switch rooms.

From that first call until we checked out today, we received nothing but top notch service. The head of housekeeping and the two other night desk associates were also very nice. One of our best experiences in a hotel in quite some time. Thank you so much for making it a great trip!
