  Recommend staying here: Yes Quiet and comfortable room, kind staff, fine breakfast, good fitness room. We will stay here again when traveling through this part of Nebraska.

  Rooms are clean, which is the most important thing. Minor gripes are that the hot tub is not usable No bench in the gym Tvs don’t stream, as in Netflix. Not the outdated tv program you currently use.

  I stayed here for work. The rooms and hotel were clean. Breakfast was good, standard hotel breakfast. Service was not great. First, when I walked in to check in, I smiled and said hi to the woman behind the desk. She looked at me, said nothing, and looked back down. I stood at the desk for a solid minute of silence (she wasn’t typing or anything) until she finally looked at me, saying nothing still. I told her I needed to check in. Her tone and 1-2 word answers indicated she would rather be doing anything besides checking me in. Then at checkout I went to ask the man at the desk for a receipt for work. He was on the phone and again, seemed annoyed. Didn’t end his call and couldn’t print me a receipt. I gave him my email asking him to send it. I haven’t received anything in over a day, though he said “he’d send it right over.”

  The hotel overall was good. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff was polite and welcoming. The stay, however, was affected by a persistent noise near Room 221 during the night. At first, the sound seemed to be coming from outside, possibly from machinery on the street. By the time of checkout, it became more likely that the source was actually the closet door rattling whenever someone walked nearby—either inside the room or on the staircase located on the other side of the wall. The vibration created a repetitive, machine-like noise that disrupted sleep. This disturbance affected the rest that was expected during a stopover on US-20. Aside from this issue, which may be a one-off situation, the hotel itself was otherwise decent and welcoming.
