I called to try and book a room for my son who was going to be in town for business for a Friday to Saturday stay, the male who answered my call was rude and when he stated the price was over $237 dollars for one night I said I would need to check with my son for pricing, the clerk then hung up on me. No ok thank you or call back if you decide. Just ended the call. No need to be rude to customers looking for a room. If they are going to be that way I'd rather not stay there.

Ive stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Oneill a handful of times and had always felt it was a nice stay.
Not this time.
The room and hallway have a strong odor of cigarette smoke to the point its causing sinus issues. The floor and bathroom are dirty and there are stains on the room furniture.
Im in town for business and will be okay for one night. But, I wouldn't let me family stay here - its just gross. Likely won't stay here again - its a better option to wake up early in the morning and drive into town to avoid this property in the future.
