The hotel overall was good. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff was polite and welcoming. The stay, however, was affected by a persistent noise near Room 221 during the night. At first, the sound seemed to be coming from outside, possibly from machinery on the street.
By the time of checkout, it became more likely that the source was actually the closet door rattling whenever someone walked nearby—either inside the room or on the staircase located on the other side of the wall. The vibration created a repetitive, machine-like noise that disrupted sleep.
This disturbance affected the rest that was expected during a stopover on US-20. Aside from this issue, which may be a one-off situation, the hotel itself was otherwise decent and welcoming.

I called to try and book a room for my son who was going to be in town for business for a Friday to Saturday stay, the male who answered my call was rude and when he stated the price was over $237 dollars for one night I said I would need to check with my son for pricing, the clerk then hung up on me. No ok thank you or call back if you decide. Just ended the call. No need to be rude to customers looking for a room. If they are going to be that way I'd rather not stay there.
