- NZNicole Zurschmiede3 days ago5.0Pleasantly surprised. I don't normally stay at Best Western because normally I don't feel the beds are the best, but this one had very plush, comfortable beds. I was upgrading to a superior room with a king and a queen bed in the same. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Everything was working in my room and it was quiet on my floor. The staff was polite and helpful. I had accidentally made my reservation for the following day and they were more than helpful to make the move to tonight. Maybe because I had actually overpaid for a Thursday night. But I was happy for the accommodation as my room was non-refundable. The morning stuff was just as pleasant and breakfast smelled incredible though I don't eat it. My husband was drooling as we left the hotel but helped himself to orange juice. The location was very convenient just off the highway. Plenty of parking even late at night when we arrived. I would highly recommend and stay again.

We arrived at the hotel and checked in went to the room and unpacked found out. (Dirty towels left on shelf ) (Room floor was not vacuumed food in corners the cleaning person didn't clean very good job and some one took the remote ..went to front desk to the gentleman started shaking his head and apologized for the inconvenience to us and gave us another room and this was very clean room and happy about the room

It's actually fresh and hot. Totally edible. And the coffee...best hotel coffee ever. We usually have to stop somewhere else for breakfast so very happy and surprised. Would absolutely stay again.
