    My husband and I were very happy with the service provided by Michelle when we checked in at the front desk after a last minute reservation online. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of service because another hotel we were going to stay at had a very rude staff member so we canceled that and chose this hotel instead.. Both Michelle and Angela greeted us when we approached the desk and were both courteous and polite. Our night was made better by Michelle and Angela’s professionalism and kind interaction. Thank you!
