I like staying at this brand but this was not the best experience. The customer checking in before with two small children got a big speech about no stealing, doing drugs or damaging the room. We didn't get the same talking to but heard all about how the new system was hard to use and takes so much time. The room itself had quite a bit of road noise from Route 2, not unexpected. However the room heater was louder than most airplanes and made a huge squeal when turning on and off. We had to keep the heat off all night (22 degrees outside) or it would have woken us up every 20 minutes or so. The shower is on econo-mode with needle thin streams. Lastly the 'free' coffee at the breakfast buffet was mostly water and gross.

This hotel was amazing easy to get to but right by the highway its comfortable the rooms are really clean and nice amazing pool wish they had a hot tube but all in all amazing hotel and staff very friendly will be staying again also try out the breakfast its amazing

I stay in HI expresses almost exclusively. This is one of the worst. The price at the desk is always higher than if you book directly with IHG and they offer no member perks. Everything feels cheap. Wish there were other options in Nebraska City. Rooms aren't horrible, but it is a horrible value. I can stay at the one in Lincoln and pay for underground parking and it is still cheaper.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning was awful. We were the first ones to it and somehow it was all already stale. Stay here, eat elsewhere.
