- LSlester sniederNov 7, 20251.0This hotel is by for the worst place i ever stayed the room was disgusting The AC and heating unit did not work plus towels were dirty, shower bars broken and falling apart no shampoo, lucked out they did have a bar of soap. Mold everywhere i wolk up so congested. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting the biscuits were bricks and the gravy was runnier than the Colorado river. Coffee machine did not dispense coffee. Had to go over to Phillip 66 to get my coffee for the morning.

It has always been a pleasant experience until this weekend. I made a reservation online which showed my amount due at check in. The general manger was the one who checked me in. First off the language barrier is huge. Was hard to understand or make sense of what he was trying to say. Ultimately he changed things during check in and I ended up being charged $50 more than original online price. I decided to email my concerns due to the language barrier. This was an awful experience as well. I was lied to. When asked for a contact above him I was denied. DO NOT RECOMMEND stay with current manager in place!! Edit to add…the pool/hot tub was not very clean and turned a child’s hair green from being in it.
