  The manager is a sweet heart. Absolutely love how close everything is, and kids had fun in the pool.

  Stayed here multiple times and it’s always a pleasant experience. Easy highway access with a gas station and McDonald’s right next door. It makes traveling easy. I had to leave in the early morning and the access to the gas station to fill up, McDonald’s for food and easy access to the highway made my travel arrangements easy. As always you get what you pay for at holiday inn express. $109 for the night after taxes was a great deals for a clean room with modern decor and average size TV. Good water pressure is also a plus for me as well. The staff is quick and helpful and the breakfast is always included adding to the plus columns.

  I am extremely disappointed with how my situation was handled by Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lincoln Airport and IHG Hotels & Resorts customer service. I booked a reservation for my husband who was traveling to Lincoln for a one-day event. Unfortunately, United Airlines canceled all flights from his connection to Lincoln due to severe weather, leaving him stranded at the airport and unable to travel to Nebraska or use the hotel room. What is most frustrating is that I spoke with four different representatives between the hotel and IHG, explained the situation each time, and not one person was willing to offer any reasonable accommodation. We were not asking for a refund—only a credit or voucher to use the reservation at another Holiday Inn Express in the future since the circumstances were completely outside of our control. For a major hospitality brand that claims to prioritize guest experience, the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to help in this situation was extremely disappointing. Situations like airline cancellations happen frequently, and this was an opportunity for IHG to show goodwill and customer care. Instead, we were met with rigid policies and no solutions. Because of how this was handled, it has seriously impacted my trust of the IHG brand and makes me question whether I want to stay at any IHG property in the future. I hope someone from corporate leadership reviews this and considers empowering staff to make reasonable accommodations when travelers are dealing with circumstances they simply cannot control.

  Poor sound proofing, could hear the neighboring room all night long. Breakfast bar was horribly maintained with spilled food and many dishes not refilled. Will not stay here again.
