    I just got off of a 28 minute phone call right before check-in which will probably take a long time to figure out this issue as well, but I was double booked so they charged me twice for two rooms. In the notes, I just said I would like the option for a conjoined room incase someone else was also going to rent a room that I knew . I never ordered two rooms. . I called customer service immediately once my credit card was billed twice… 28 minutes later… 20 of those minutes just on hold - they gave me attitude and an email basically saying… your card has been charged. Here’s an email to a gm … good luck. After this review I’ve now spent 40 minutes dealing with this and I havnt even gotten to check in yet… I also better send an email and see where that goes

    Kinda bad, the room was nice, the bathroom was also nice but the folding bed HORRIBLE, its all bent, uncomftorable, and it was REALLY squeaky and creaky, the bedding, the bedding is SO bad, the blanket is full of fluffs, VERRY uncomfortable as well, and the fluffs are all over the floor, the air conditioner, DO NOT GET ME STARTED ON THAT ONE it had MOLD, DUST, AND A STAIN ON THE CONTROL MONITOR. it is bad.

    Hotel clearly shows several pictures with the pool area having a hot tub/spa but it does not have one. There's at least 5 photos right here on their hotel address showing it.
