The staff tried which I appreciate, but the mold and the uncleanliness was not completely on them. Sheets were stained in every room, blood on one of the mattresses, the first room smelt of pee and smoke. There was mold on every window seal and in the bathrooms. Again I appreciate the staff, but definitely do not recommend.

- DSdustin seifertNov 8, 20252.0Very disapointed with my stay. The staff was very friendly and very curtious. The amenities were very seriously lacking. If this was a motel I wouldn't complain but for upwards of 70 dollars a night I expect more especially from a holiday inn. The "gym" is terrible, almost all of the machines are broken or have freyed wiring. I went to do laundry and it costs 4 dollars for the washer and an additional 4 dollars for a dryer that doesn't even work. The dryer is unplugged with no signage or anything noting it doesn't work. I noticed after I had already thrown my laundry in the washer. When plugged back in it just shows an error message. The rooms themselves were fine theres little things I can nitpick such as the shower shelves being slapped on with excessive caulking causing them to droop. Its an okay hotel but for the price and reputation of a holiday inn. Plus the photos and promise of more amenities, I would definitely choose somewhere else.
