    Poor sound proofing, could hear the neighboring room all night long. Breakfast bar was horribly maintained with spilled food and many dishes not refilled. Will not stay here again.

    Staff was good. Greeted upon arrival and when leaving. Check-in was smooth. Reasonable price. Morning coffee was very good, fresh ground. Our room was disappointing. Bathroom was not clean and neglected. Worst caulking job I have ever seen around the fixtures, looks like a toddler was using it as fingerpaint. Being smeared on the toilet was pretty bizarre. Dirty, used washcloth from another tenant was left hanging over the shower rod. Dirty nightstand, looked like excess glue wiped across it.

    Check in employee was kind and very accommodating to all my needs and questions. The over night employee was not helpful and was on his computer at the business center.

    Just an FYI never stay here unless you’d like your stuff stolen!! Front desk ladies were so sweet and stayed after hours to help me but the GM did nothing and stated to the staff that it was my fault for leaving my belongings in my hotel room while I went to lunch. We had to switch rooms once because several things in our original room were not working and while switching rooms is when I noticed lots of my items missing. Front staff tried to help as much as they could and seemed to genuinely empathize with me. The GM did nothing. He answered the staffs calls and wouldn’t come down, didn’t offer any solution, wouldn’t check cameras. He is completely incompetent and not professional whatsoever. Lied about hotel policy to try and cover up the fact that his staff stole from me. 0/10 recommend. Would rather sleep in my vehicle. OH and to add on, we saw what looked to be an adult toy on the front desk when we walked in . Then when we started packing up this morning we found an opened purple condom by our bed. Clearly rooms are being viewed enough to have belongings stolen but not well enough to be cleaned thoroughly!
