The service at this hotel was absolutely amazing.
While on a road trip I ended up being stuck on I-80 in bumper to bumper traffic for several hours because of bad weather and a wreck. That meant that I wasn't able to drive as far as I wanted to that day and ended up in Lincoln.
I have nothing but praise for the service when I arrived later in the evening.
However, because of recent events, the Hilton brand has been severally tarnished. Despite the vast amount of praise I want to give this specific hotel, I can not give any hotel under the Hilton umbrella a good rating due to the corporate leadership of Hilton Worldwide's.

I know we're living in the mOdErN world where things that used to be normal and simple just cannot be done anymore but this is the dumbest hotel I've been to in a while. Normal hotels have signs directing you to where your room is. Nope. You just have a random set of hallways with room numbers assigned in a random order. I guess it's just not hip to have signs. And even better is accessing the parking garage. After a long day driving I just love figuring out these mOdErN machines. The front desk person said the QR code would be enough to get into the garage but try as I might nothing I did worked. Which is always fun when there are angry people behind you. Just more techno-junk. I just took the ticket instead so we'll see if the hotel will take care of it.

Easy to get in and out of. I like how the hotel is connected to the parking garage next door. They do need better signs showing how to exit to the garage.

We were charged almost double of what the price was on just about everything. From the room, to parking and even breakfast. The bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom smelled constantly like sewage, the closet door was off track so we couldn't open it to use it. We paid 160$ for the room and received very basic needs and service. Didn't end up eating breakfast because it went from 9 dollars to 15 dollars per person. And parking was self serve at 25$ then 23$ for the same garage that says 13.50 per day on the building. I spoke to the people at the front desk and they made 0 attempt to address my concerns or comp me in any way.
From horrible customer service to multiple changes in pricing and a very sore body from a very stiff bed I give it a 1 star rating.
This place over charges on everything do not stay here.

This is a tough review. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice, but the bed is awful. I woke up at 4:00 am wanting to go home as I was so uncomfortable, I touched it out until 8:00 am for my wife, but even she hated the bed. We got dinner the night before at the bar/restaurant, food was delicious and very affordable. But the bartender had zero personality and you could tell hated his job. You have to pay for parking, which I know now if for every place in this area. I will be trying a different hotel next time I come to this area. The beds are a deal breaker for me.
