Always offering a.m. coffee, a smile. Young man in housekeeping 3rd floor also Very helpful, accommodating with supplies. Wasn't crazy about locale, but its an airport area. No shopping nearby. Motel did keep up outside pet area too and afternoon staff offered treats to dogs. The biscuits and sausage gravy Very good in a.m. Orange juice NOT watered down either. Very good.

My husband didn’t like how there was only one bedside table and had to put some things on the floor. Our room was not tidied or towels replaced every other day which was stated on a notice in the bathroom but it was easy enough to get clean towels and toilet paper from the front desk. The pool was clean and plenty of pool towels to use. The continental breakfast was decent and had many condiment options which I liked very much. The reason for 4 stars is the customer service from the staff. We forgot our headphone on the floor and we were already at the airport. They were able to locate it and get it shipped COD to us. It was Chris and I think two others I didn’t catch their names that I had spoken to. Thank you all for your help!
