During the 4 nights the only housekeeping I had was fresh towels brought to the rooms 1 time, nothing else. The manager on duty said he would have our rooms cleaned on Sunday, nothing happened. He either forgot or was lying to me. Don’t stay at this motel unless you plan to clean your own room. I’ve stayed at many motels, this was the worse. Find some place else to stay.

My issue: there is a sign in the room that says every 2 days your towels will be replaced, your bed will be made, trashed will be emptied, and amenities refreshed. I don't like this, but that is how it is. I stayed 3 nights. After the 2nd night, my towels were replaced but that is all. Trash wasn't emptied, bed wasn't made, etc. If there is a sign that says what will be done but wasn't, then I have an issue. I contacted the front desk and they said they would ask housekeeping. I have yet to be contacted by housekeeping. I'm not sure I would stay here again as they don't live up to their promise. EDIT 4 days later: I did call the hotel and the very nice GM listened to my concerns. He went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued guest. I will give this hotel again another chance in the future.
