- MNMark Nuebel2 days ago4.0Loud!!!! Great hotel, great service and rooms but it’s so loud with the traffic outside. NO JOKE, loud. Stayed in second floor facing north and you hear absolutely everything outside on the busy O street, cars, trucks, motorcycles, just people talking. It’s just a normal Saturday night , can’t imagine if there was a football game going on. If you’re a light sleeper, consider something else.

Rooms were spotless and had a great stay. I hope the managers extra trip doesn’t go unnoticed, much appreciated!

- COChannetta OwensOct 20, 20251.0Hotel is absolutely gorgeous and comfortable to stay in. I love Hilton hotels. However I specifically didn’t choose to pay for parking upon my reservation. When I checked in I asked where do people park and I was informed that we were supposed to park in the parking garage! The parking garage was convenient, however I was not informed I would be charged to park in there until after checkout when an extra payment was trying to be taken out of my account. When I called in the young lady answered and wasn’t sure how to help so told me she would have the manager call back! The manager displayed no customer service skills what so ever! She did inform me that she took the charges off which wasn’t my point in calling but just to let her know that this information should be given at check in because I didn’t select the self parking on the site when I reserved. She was very unpleasant and instead of understanding that I was just giving feedback she proceeded to tell me that because I was on a friends and family rate she didn’t know what else I wanted her to do. I just wanted her to take the feedback to her staff so this wouldn’t happen to anyone else in the future! Due to her unprofessionalism in the future I won’t be staying at her property and I’ll just pay the full price at the embassy where I normally stay and have no problems!
