There was no hot water when tried to shower. They did send maintenence up quickly and offered to switch me rooms but it was already late. In the morning there was still no hot water. When I informed the front desk in morning, she did not apologize, just said it was noted. Cheaper hotels are more comfortable and in better condition.

The most disturbing part of my stay was when a maintenance worker walked into my room at night with no knock or warning while I was inside. I was staying alone and was terrified. After my dad called the front desk, we were told it was a “mistake” and that he went to the wrong room. How does that even happen? That explanation is unacceptable. The next morning, breakfast was not ready at the stated 7:00 AM start time, and the staff acted annoyed when I arrived. I was also treated rudely over a rewards program I had never been informed about and was told I “should know.” As a 20-year-old woman traveling alone, I felt unsafe and disrespected. I would never stay here again and I do not advise anyone else should.
