  Wonderful Hotel with great service and restaurant. Made to order breakfast was amazing! I will be staying here every time I am in town!

  I have never had a bad experience staying with Hilton or their Embassy properties until this weekend. I had booked a room to celebrate my engagement and had spoken with the property a week prior to ensure my sister could check into the room to decorate it for me. I added her name to the reservation and they said she would be all set. Day of check in she texted me saying she is unable to check in without me present they did her a “favor” and let her into the room but I still had to stop at the desk when we arrived despite doing digital check in that morning. We checked in there was no mention of our Hilton Honors status or any mention of the hotel amenities available to us such as restaurant hours pool hours etc. We got to the room got settled then the next day we went out for lunch around 1:30 while we were out the housekeepers came into our room despite there being a DND sign on the door they made the bed with used sheets took out the trash and left. We mentioned it to the front desk and were assured they would get to the bottom of it and inform me of what happened the next day. Cindy stated “for my inconvenience we could have late check out of 2pm” despite the late check offer I still received a phone call at 11am asking me to come down to the front desk as there was an issue with my card on file and they are unable to check me out. So we packed up and left the room since after that call housekeeping came knocking despite to DND sign on the door and the late check out clearly written on her list. I stopped by the desk he had no information about why I needed to stop at the desk and he tried to charge my card again even though the folio was at a zero dollar balance. I’ve never had this experience in all my years of staying at Hilton Hotels I know which property to stay away from now.

  First time staying here for a conference. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome! We hung out in the bar one evening and the bar staff were super personable and fun to be around! Loved the omelet bar that was included in breakfast. Great place!

  So long story short, they had canceled my rooms without my consent and then I got a notification that could be charged late cancellation fees at which point I called and spoke to the manager and told her about what happened and Cindy was very apologetic and she helped me out immensely so I felt it was only fair to update this from one star to at least a three star and we will see what happens after I do stay at the hotel on Saturday. That’s when I will completely update my review

  Customer services was good, however one didn't want to help me, we were there for my girlfriend's birthday. The restaurant there very high prices!Maid trying to hide my clothes in the bathroom so the next swoop or when we leave they know where it is. Not happy about that. The boys Valet parking really bad.
