Max always is so friendly and iss always smiling its refreshing seeing someone that early that happy! Makes the place light up. Wonderful front desk employees this is my first time meeting Trina and she was also very kind and welcoming! Will say the other person who works over nights wasn't as friendly and the morning lady always smelled like cigarettes. Rooms out dated as always but this time the room smelled like wet dog but I don't mind i usually put up with it since the staff is so friendly

He travels for work and was there for a week or so and I came up to visit and she was really rude the whole time I was there and when he would walk in and she didn't know he was on the phone with me would say how handsome and strong he was and how I was so lucky to have such a "big man" in bed. Absolutely disgusting and he was extremely uncomfortable and told his company he wouldn't stay there and would stay at any other hotel when up here for work.

Our stay was interrupted by multiple maintenance issues, air conditioning, electrical, etc. The staff there did a fantastic job quickly addressing the problems and getting our room fixed up for our stay. They were professional and courteous. Ana the front desk clerk and Johnny the very polite and energetic maintenance man were both over the top helpful.
