- CKChris KedingJan 2, 20261.0This hotel is quite dumpy. Only one garbage can in the rooms. The box springs aren't covered. We arrived at our hotel were talking in normal speaking voices and had a noise complaint from the desk. Maybe you should have better sound proofing if a normal speaking voice is too much for a Karen below me. Photo is from blood in the unclean fridge. DISGUSTING!!! Had no bedding for the fold out sofa. Had to make several trips to the desk. Spend a little more and stay elsewhere

We were there for Christmas and even though short staffed they were very accommodating. Elena at front desk was so sweet and friendly. She even left us a personal note on Christmas Day with our towels we requested.

The ONLY complaint I have is the luggage carts. They're the exact ones you see at every airport. Fine for two big bags but not for a husband traveling with a wife that brings endless crap. Regardless, this is a fine establishment and I would highly recommend to anyone.
