- TATIFFANY ADAMS2 days ago1.0Overall im not thrilled with the experience we had The beds was super hard not comfortable at all The heating/ac didnt work worth a crap It was snowing and cold out and the walk ways was walking lawsuit wasnt shoveled or had de icer on it. Breakfast sucked Check in was horrid as we have a service animal was placed on the top floor (for what reason idk) Morning check out couldnt happen quick enough as the "manager" was useless when I explained what was happening she is just like im sorry and went on . Shower sucked!!! No water pressure at all hot water was so hot it dang near burned your skin Like what the heck

Room was clean upon arrival but once we got back AND WERE LAYING IN BED AT 12:00, ready to get to sleep, we hear “mom there’s a bug” and sure enough BED BUGS. Called the office and the lady came up and proceeded to say “he’s just a little guy” and we were like “means mom and dad are somewhere here too.” We were offered new sheets or a room across the hall. Ended up leaving because if there’s one there’s more. Staying at a hotel with 4.6 stars I had higher hopes.
