Asked him what the nightly incidental fee would be and he said “i think 25$” , i proceeded to ask if there was anyone I could talk to that knew the answer and he kept saying no . If you’re going to have someone be the friend desk then they should be aware of what charges are and able to help guests who call in .
- NRNizar RMar 21, 20265.0I was on a work trip in the area and booked this place for two nights. It was good – Super clean with a variety of amenities. I will give 5 stars because the room was amazingly clean. But a few notes. The hotel is so big, and the elevator was all the way on the other side of the building; unlike so many hotels I have been to, which are usually close to the check-in area, it felt like a maze. I recommend adding a more visible sign for the elevator. The breakfast was ok – no waffles or pancakes. I paid almost $550 for two nights; I would expect a better breakfast. One more thing: recently, I purchased a toothbrush for over $100, and the next day I realized that I had forgotten it in the room. I immediately called and told them about it, and asked if I could come next week and pick it up since I will be in town again. The guy over the phone did not help much and said we have nothing in the inventory, and gave me this weird vibe of why are you even calling for a toothbrush?
