  My family and I stayed over the weekend it was a nice place pool was clean kids had fun! Couple complaints is I am a club member and they didn’t want to honor the late check out because it was at capacity so would of been nice to know in order to use the late check out the hotel personnel have to know ahead of time did not know that it was not originally communicated to me also another thing not communicated to be was the front desk lady said kids 6 and under are free! But did not tell me that is only available for the breakfast buffet and instead of paying 15$ extra for a breakfast voucher in which they do not explain how it works and does not have fine print on the voucher which I believe it should, but the voucher but it is only for menu items so it is a better deal to spend 15$ plus drink for the buffet which is a better deal and I am not sure how much the hotel has to do with the waitresses and waiters at the fyre restaurant but the waitress we had did not initially tell us anything about the buffet or the cost we found that out afterwards our meals Remember kids 6 and under are only free for the breakfast buffet… menu items have to pay for 6 and under unless you get a voucher for your young child under 6 but my opinion the breakfast buffet is a much better deal then paying 15$ extra for another voucher on top of the 2 you get free at check in if you so happen to get that room package

  Customer/management service is very lacking. We called twice with a question for the manager & was told we would get a call back--but never did either time. Decided to stay two nights elsewhere with our group--very uncaring staff.

  Love this hotel for the pool, but disappointed that we walked into a room with a half cleaned bathroom and a carpet that has not been vacuumed in a while - both inside the room as well as hallways. For almost $380 I did not want to clean dried urine and wipe up all sorts of hair. Standards should not be lowered for family oriented facilities.

  Ask for a chilled drink (up) and they'll hand it to you with 3 ice cubes in it.
