- JBJennifer BrewerMar 2, 20261.0Terrible pull out bed!!! Had to sleep on the floor. Refrigerator ticked off and on all night. Keeping us awake. The actual queen beds were not comfortable at all!! Room #221 Be AWARE Priceline and Booking.com say they offer breakfast, they do not!!

La habitación estaba separada tenía puerta lo cual fue fantástico. La cocina era grande y la sala también, el baño igual. Fue una grata experiencia y el precio lo valió. No escuchabas absolutamente nada y nadie del exterior. Sin duda regresaremos.

- CPCurt PetersonDec 20, 20251.0There are plenty of options. This place is the worst. Jason ,the night attendant qualifies as the worst hotel front desk employee ever. We are stranded travelers and he refused to except payment because he isnt supposed to manually enter credit cards that arent present.We lost our credit cards but had a family member live on video chat with id and her credit card to help in the emergency situation. Jason claimed no hotel would allow this and sent us into the cold. The hotel that is waaaay nicer ,next door immediately booked the room no questions asked. Jason is in the wrong business. It would be easy for Candlewood to replace him and avoid these moments.
