    The only options for breakfast were instant oatmeal and waffles. They did have a few fried eggs that looked like they’d been sitting there for 3 hours. They were very dried up!! The yogurt machine was broke. I had to ask if they had any bread and they brought out 3 pieces of white. The ironic thing was you could smell something major cooking in the kitchen and out walk 4 workers with their plates filled with tortillas, meat, beans and all the fixings. They sat down with their plates by the customers and had a feast. Meanwhile I had my instant oatmeal 😳😳😳

    I found bed bugs in my room on 1/30. Upon finding them I requested to check out and get a refund. The hotel informed me that only Expedia can give me a refund. I called Expedia and informed them of the issue and they let me know that in fact it is up to the hotel to decide to give me a refund or not. We contacted management and they refused a refund, even though bed bugs are considered a health and safety issue. Do not stay here if you have self respect.

    The breakfast at this best western was the best and staff in dining room to ask you if anything needed. Also upon arrival since we'd been there before recognized us and greeted us warmly with recognition. If you have dogs or pets this is the hotel to stay at. Quiet but dog friendly and nice walking space for them.

    The only reason for the 4 star instead of a 5 is simply because the bed was very broke down and uncomfortable. Everything else was great. Bed was just worn out.
