- FLFirst Last4 days ago5.0Both front desk people were awesome but the woman who directly helped me went above and beyond. She was so polite and accommodating. It really made our stay much more pleasant. My kids had an amazing time in the pool as well! Great job!
- MKMiranda KoehnMar 5, 20262.0The stay wasn’t bad but shortly after we got in our room I opened the closet and there was a pair of dirty shorts and 2 dirty towels. When I went out to ask for a few more towels, I told the man at the desk about the shorts and towels. He said “are you sure they aren’t yours “, and of course I said no, then he said “well they sure aren’t mine”, then asked the boy behind me if he was buying the snacks he had and completely dismissed me. I wondered if the room was even clean if there was dirty clothes in the closet.

Amber from the front desk was the reason this stay was amazing, comfortable and friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure we had EVERYTHING we needed.
