Booked thru Expedia and then the hotel charges me again. Stayed for one night but charged twice. I have tried calling to speak to someone but no answer or return call. I have contacted customer support numerous times to try and get this resolved but no luck. DO NOT STAY HERE. Check your bank for extra charges

Some of the positives first:
The pillows are nice and soft, I liked them. The breakfast bar had a decent enough spread, although it was the same all 4 days. There was a Walmart and a couple of restaurants within walking distance, which was great after a long day of driving. They did let us use the toaster in the breakfast area at night, which was nice of them.
For the negatives: The pool was ice cold, I felt I was going to get hypothermia after 5 minutes. The hot tub didn't work. Just put the temp of the pool at a decent temp, especially on the weekend when you had ton of kids there. And what little time I did spend in the pool, I could tell, you guys use a LOT of chlorine in that pool.
Also, the beds were super hard, I felt sore in the morning from how hard they were and I didn't get a good night sleep as a result.
The shower soap was not that great, and the shampoo didn't counter the effects of the pool chlorine.
We had 4 people in our room and I did appreciate that you gave us fresh towels everyday, but only 3. Why do we have to ask for additional towels for the 4th person when you know we have 4 people, not three in the room?
Would I stay here again? As a solo traveler, maybe. With a family, no.
