  No coffee in rooms like advertised you have to go to lobby. Had 11:00 check out, put do not disturb sign up and had housekeeping knocking by 9. I said not ready yet. Then front desk calls saying they need to send up maintenance for shower head issue. I said there's no issue with shower head to which she said it's a past problem and could they come up to work on it again I said I was still packing and could it wait. Left by 1030 but felt oddly pressed for them to get the room done. I paid for checkout which is 11. If you want people out at 9 because of your cleaning crew than make that the checkout time.

  The price is to much. 169. 00 And the hot tub doesn't work should get a discount. The only reason I stayed was i was tried. Other wise I would have left

  Found mold on the bagels on the two days I tried the breakfast. Second time I showed them, he picked the mold off and said it was fine. I've been to many Holiday Inns and this is definitely the worst one I've been to.

  We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were very clean, had no problems. Breakfasts were good coffee was good. Everything was always full, never saw one mess over the entire long weekend and we were never woken up the whole time we were there ,and we were right by the stairs. Beds are average and the heat worked real good.It was -4 one night
