- KBKasey BrownJan 2, 20261.0We had booked a hotel room specifically for the pictures shown on Booking.com displaying two separate spaces. Once we arrived to the room, and it was simply a bed and a pull out couch, I went back to the front desk. I was told that was a different room, than the one that was posted online. I asked if that one was available and he said yes. I was willing to pay the difference in rooms. He then told me that since I booked through Booking.com, that he was unable to change my room. Seeing as there were three vehicles in the entire parking lot, I figured there would be some flexibility, especially since I was willing to pay more. He said I would have to bring the complaint to Booking.com since it was their website with the error. Frustrated, I called Booking.com who told me the error is on the hotel as the pictures are uploaded from the hotel not Booking.com. They said I would be filing a complaint with the hotel, rather than Booking.com. They told me they would reach out to the hotel to see if they could work something out, and were unable to reach by phone. Seeing as the front desk staff was never present, it didn't surprise me. We left the hotel to find a new one, placing the unused keys on the front desk. The staff came from the back room, asking if we were leaving, to which we responded, "obviously." After three days we were then told by Booking.com "We've asked Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Omaha I - 80 by IHG to look into your recent experience. Unfortunately, we weren't able to reach an agreement between you and the accommodation." So now we are out $192 for a hotel room that we did not stay in.

- BKBrian KingNov 17, 20253.0Hot tue is still broke I stayed here back in July and it was broke and is still broke 4 months later, sure would be nice to sit in the hot tub and relax after driving all day, I stay on the road more than half the year holiday inn has been slipping the past couple years
