Would be nice to have a few more lactose free options, nearly everything had lactose for my daughter. The clementine oranges were a nice touch.

The room is large with areas up for seating, lighting in the right places, extra mirrors and the Keurig has extra counter space. The refrigerators have a freezer section as well. The beds were comfortable and we really appreciate the firm and soft on the pillows. The bathroom is large bright and offers an exhaust fan as well. The shower has a large head that provided good pressure on the water. Overall, the nicest Holiday Inn express we have stayed at in our 15 day trip. Highly recommend.
- NENeMod ExSep 21, 20251.0Put me in room 107, right by the breakfast area, where i got to be awoken by loud pounding on my wall at 5am from some device they have in that cooking area, which continued until 6am. Complained to corporate, tried calling front desk got "oh weeerree sorryyy" response and thats it. Ive been staying at holiday inns exclusively since 2015, the absolute bs response i got to this issue will likely change that. The pounding is still going on as i type this. Worst customer service ive ever encountered at one of these hotels. Oh and like the others my club membership wasnt aknowledged and they didnt add points to my account. This place is just a way overpriced motel 6.
