I will never stay here again. Managers suck they dont work with ya at all. Just wanted to keep my money. I paid 530 bucks for 1 day! They are liars. Breakfast was blah. Never had bacon the whole time. They put a few pieces in there at a time so while 2 people gp up its gone. Pathetic really and there water park is sad. The water slides dont even work. I would definitely not recommend not will I ever come back to this hotel ever again. Management is beyond pathetic as they repeat themselves and do NOTHING to help. They are liars just like the site. I would not stay here if u want decent hotel for the money go elsewhere. Overpriced and front desk lady was rude to another guest when I was there as well. Service is negative 5 stars. They lie and steal your money! Beware!!!

Jen (manager) has been here for all of the 15 yrs and is always great to talk , very friendly. The staff Sasha and Seth are very nice and friendly. Great job. Love coming to your place Thanks
