- MCMorgan CronkDec 16, 20251.0The manager of this hotel property goes out of his or her way to NOT tip the hotel’s subcontracted personal shoppers and delivery drivers, despite being encouraged to do so in exchange for good service. This is not in regard to the manager’s personal money, this is the money of the Holiday Inn corporation. I performed a personal shopping spree and delivery of over 300 lbs of goods from Sam’s Club to this location, for one-and-a-half hours, and the manager ignored the Spark Driver app’s automatic suggestion of a 20% tip, went around the check-out process to zero out the tip entirely, and then allowed me to lose my own money in order to deliver these goods. I performed above and beyond what the job required. I have emailed with this manager, and he or she has accused me of “harassment,” “threats,” and “deliberate provocation,” because I told them that I would be leaving this review, and have elevated the matter to their corporate office. UPDATE: The manager’s wife, who I believe also works there, has been stalking me on my Facebook page, as I can see her watching my public stories that I’ve posted.

The breakfast area was well stocked, clean and inviting. This was one of the most professional, comfortable and pleasant hotels stays we’ve had in a very long time. Highly recommend this hotel!
