I called the morning of my stay to see if they could assign them, they said get there early. I showed up early only to be told they don’t even have adjoining suites. I asked to switch rooms and they said they had NO ROOMS even though it was 2 hours before their check in time. I asked for a refund and they said no. So they blatantly LIED TO ME FACE. Not only are they not adjoining THEY PUT THEM 2 floors apart. I let them know it was for a kids birthday party and they did not care. Absolutely would not recommend this hotel.

New front desk person was very professional. General manager was exceptionally responsive after our stay with a billing question and brought a very quick resolution. Will stay here again in the future.
