    Well.... I booked the room on the 28th of March witg Expedia.com over the phone. I arrive at the hotel and saw the front desk lady. She was on the phone with the manager already before I got their. The lady said " i need your credit card for a 25 dollar for accidental. I swiped my card and I get a notification that The Holidays Inn has taking 156.30 dollars as you can see the photos I have provided. I showed the lady how she just took my money after ice already paid for the room. The lady insisted that she didnt but as we all know that back accounts and transactions dont lie. After I left the next day... the charge from Holiday Inn is still pending. I called back several days later and spoke with a manager guy over the phone. He was a complete liar and perceived to tell me that they never took out. Again... back transactions and statements dont lie. That why I provided photos because the guy manager will in fact take from your card more then they intend to. The guy manager argued witg me over the phone and was unprofessional. Its been nearly 2 weeks and my money that they stoled from my account after I've already paid with Expedia. These workers are crooks and will take from your credit card after a booking was made with a third party. (Expedia.com). Further more i will be contacting my attorney on this matter. Please by pass this hotel of you dont want to be charged twice for 1 night. This isn't the last time they hear from me. I intend to press full charges on the girl at the front desk and the manager that walked her through the phone on taking and extra night at 156.30

    After minimal interaction from front desk. I mean 6 words Room # was written down. Get to the room beds aren’t made towels everywhere. Go down to the front desk. We say the room isn’t clean..response.. “was it just not completely cleaned?” We were stunned. If not for possibly losing money on the room we would have left. I guess I could give you another room. Like we were going to make our own beds and just needed clean towels and that was cool. Customer service at its finest!

    Stayed here and booked the suite so we could have room for all of us. The kids had there own king bed in the second room. However the steps of anyone above the room are very loud, even more so than a cheap apartment. If you enjoy the sounds of semi traffic and every 20 year old over reving their civic on the street this hotel offers that. The windows and walls are so poorly insulated you everything from outside. They have the terribly loud wall HVAC units on the wall. I had to call a number to have staff come check me in when I arrived. The desk chair in the room was dirty and had some dried blue stuff on the back of it.

    This hotel is beyond loud. The traffic noise is so loud. The people upstairs sound like they are dropping bowling balls. The air conditioner is loud. Do not stay here if you want to sleep.

    Lo que mas me gusto es la alberca, aunque afuera este a -8 la temperatura es agradable y regresar del trabajo cansado y nadar un rato y pasarse al jacuzzi vale mucho la pena.
