- JTJacqueline TretterApr 28, 20263.0The room was clean but they started a new thing where there is no coffee maker in the rooms anymore. Just mildly inconvenient. The alarm clock didn't work so there was really no clock in the room. Also only mildly inconvenient. Service at the front desk was good but they advertised having bacon, they didn't. The pancake machine was also down so breakfast was very underwhelming. Location is near restaurants and Walmart so that's good. The pool area has no hot tub. This is the only holiday inn I've been to that doesn't have one.
- DEDean EdmontonApr 10, 20265.0Newer hotel. Nice clean rooms. We had a suite with two queens, large.room with good furnishings. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again and I dont use Holiday Inn much but I may use them more often if this is their new hotel standard.

- JDJim DavidApr 7, 20265.0We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Chadron on Easter Sunday. On arrival, we were greeted by a very pleasant and friendly woman working at reception. She was very polite and helpful to us, orienting us to the town and giving suggestions on dinner. We went to dinner We and returned. The same woman helped us with drinks so we could sit on the back patio and watch the sun set. The rooms themselves were very clean and well presented. Breakfast in mid-priced hotels are generally nothing to praise, but the kitchen staff there made an effort. We were treated almost like a sit down restaurant, with the attendant repeatedly checking on us to see if we needed anything. She even brought us an extra sausage without prompting. A sausage. That single extra sausage and her friendliness really helped start the day. Yes, it cost a hotel a few pennies, but her attitude and the attitude of all of the people at the hotel really left a nice impression on us. Highly recommend.
