  I recently reserved a room late in the evening due to unforeseen circumstances. Mandy Burgher was so helpful and accommodating that she made a stressful situation develop into putting us all at ease. Then I found out she was the GM! She went above and beyond and made it sound effortless! I cannot thank her enough!

  Tucked away behind some condos, the location actually feels incredibly safe and private, but it's still nice and close to the highways and crossroads. Walmart right near by, several good food options in the area. The hotel, like all Holiday Inns, is immaculate and clean, friendly welcoming staff, clean, quiet, spacious rooms

  Very clean, hotel clark was very kind, all the amenities worked for the gym. I believe they are redoing that. Breakfast was great. Biscuits and gravy, sausage links, bread for toast. That was wrapped really nicely bagels, muffins, fresh pancakes, cinnamon rolls a couple different kinds of cereal. Then, there was yogurt bananas, some more fruit milk for you to drink. Juices and they seem to wait for people.Breakfast was supposed to be from 6am to 9pm. But seemed like people just kept coming down. And people were eating slow and had to deal with kids etc. And they were so patient. Staff is really, really kind and the kitchen staff you're even better. Next time I go to omaha.I will definitely be staying there again❤️

  There was a bed bug in room 227. Management informed me that they found “no live action”. I would seriously take caution staying here since there was another report of bedbugs a month ago at this location.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. Upon checking into my room, I encountered roaches, which made the environment feel unsafe and unsanitary. I promptly reported the issue and provided photographic proof to the staff and I was moved to another room. Roaches was in that room as well. I immediately packed up and ended my stay. I was advised the general manager Amanda Burgher would give me a call, after three days no response. I finally spoke with her and requested a refund, but my concerns were dismissed and my request was denied. She sarcastically made a statement that the roaches could’ve been picked up from anywhere. The lack of accountability and poor customer service made the situation even worse. I strongly advise others to reconsider before booking here. I will be reaching out to corporate because this is absolutely unacceptable!!
